"I am writing this letter to communicate my satisfaction with the quality of product that your company recently installed on our home (Alcoa siding), but most of all, for the skill and quality manner with which it was installed.
Your installation team led by Brian Elms, from day one on the job, performed with precision and professionalism. Let me point out but a few of the attributes demonstrated by this group of skilled craftsman, all of which are extremely important to a homeowner:
Care taken not the damage property.
Respect for the homeowner and his family during initial and continuing interface.
Genuine concern for the homeowner wants and needs. Everyday your crew would ask, does this look ok to you? Is this what you want?
On time. Everyday, Brian would say, we will be back at 6:00 AM. And at 5:45 AM his truck and crew would be there, waiting to start at 6:00 AM, rain or shine.
Status, everyday, Brian would status the job for me on how much longer it would take, if he were short material he would tell what it was and when he expected it.
Safety, this crew was methodical about safety. Each day it was a team effort in setting up ladders, and wallboards. Nothing was left to chance including the orderly placement of their support equipment. And each evening, complete dis-assembly of equipment and again orderly placement on property. NO homeowner wants a workman to be injured on their construction project. This is important and your crew took the actions necessary to preclude an accident.
No clutter or trash, at the end of each workday, this crew removed all trash and picked up the smallest of debris generated by their work.
Workmanship/Quality, the straightness of siding is remarkable (level and true), the capping of window trim and doors is outstanding and the mitered joints, impeccable. This expert installation was followed by pop riveting “J” channel where it was mitered, touch-up of nail heads with paint and a thorough cleaning of siding/capping with Fantastic.
As an engineer and quality professional dealing with supplier of precision parts/assemblies for the Aerospace and Defense Industry, I recognize a quality organization and staff when I see it. With Banner Construction, I have seen and experienced it.

"In June of this year we contracted with Banner Construction Company to place siding, guttering, and downspouts on our house. We chose Banner because we felt comfortable with the people representing the company, the quality of the product offered, and the reasonable pricing and financing for the work. Being a St. Louis native, I tend to look for a local company and support the local trades.
Defining the work to be done and signing the contract was only the beginning. We were pleasantly surprised with the crews doing the work. The men came and performed the work when scheduled, were very professional, and very helpful. By the Fourth of July we had a new exterior on our house we could be proud of.

"A year has passed since your company installed my new windows in my home. I just wanted to tell you how happy I am to have them. For a full year now, I have watched both my utility bills go down – gas and electric. The savings I have seen in these bills helps me to pay for my windows. I know in the long run – I will have saved a substantial amount – but better than that – I have beautiful new windows that really enhance my home!!
I must also tell you how much I enjoyed working with Maureen. She helped me achieve a goal that I never thought I would be able to attain. The purchase of new windows for my home was something I thought I could never afford! I must also say, how nice it was that my first impression of Banner Construction – was another woman. But I can’t finish this letter yet – until I tell you what a good job the window installers did for my home! "Words can not express how pleased I am with the professional's who represent Banner Construction. The sales staff, job foreman on site, and the workmen who Installed my beautiful and competitively priced siding and gutters did a fabulous job.
The job was started promptly and was completed within 10 days of the start date. My neighbor had went with another and it took greater than 2 weeks time, and It seemed there were nice days, that nothin appeard to happen on my neighbors job. St. Louis actually had a call for bad weather one day during my project, yet Banner Construction was still on site and did apparently to surprise get a lot completed as the Actual forecasted weather never actually came to pass.
My husband was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff He interacted with on site on his day off. They were very knowledgeable in what they Were doing and also went the extra mile to answer any questions he had during the Project. We even had some outside speakers that they mounted onto the new product as My husband had discussed with them that day. Wow, talk about above and beyond.
I actually purchased the Grand Sierra Alcoa siding product, which I had seen Advertised in the Family Handyman Magazine. My husband and I had origianlly thought We would install siding ourselves several years ago and had actually gone to your local Hardware store to look at products available and pricing. I am so very happy we did not Purchase substandard products, or do it ourselves. Alcoa siding is such a superior feeling Product even to the lay person such as myself. I could even tell the difference in the quality of product from the look and feel of it. No shiny finish that looks like plastic on My house now, but a true, beautiful color all the way through, quality product that looks Like wood grain and is matte in finish so it actually looks like painted wood.
Other siding companies were reluctant to come to work in Jefferson County, but Banner construction made the trip to my home every day for 10 days to make sure this Job was completed in timely fashion, and there was no price inflation due to Cost of fuel. I would highly recommend this company and employee's of this company for any Type of construction you or your loved ones may be seeking in the future. I have already Recommended them to my loved ones. I am so confident in the job that was completed And the quality of the product installed, I would like to extend my name and number as a Personal reference to this company.
